Colombo City Centre Partners appoints Richard Buultjens as General Manager

Colombo City Centre Partners Ltd., a joint venture between Singapore’s Silver Needle Hospitality and Sri Lanka’s Abans Group, has appointed experienced property manager Richard Buultjens as General Manager of the mixed-use lifestyle development. Richard’s 11 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in Colombo’s property market will help drive the Colombo City Centre to become the world-class development for investors, citizens and business travellers. He joins from one of Sri Lanka’s biggest conglomerates, where he headed its residential property sales and marketing. The development comprises residential apartments, a lifestyle mall and a 200-room hotel that will be branded NEXT Hotels.
