Foundations are complete and the main construction is in full swing at 110 Parliament Road, a 380,000 square-foot complex that is the newest and largest luxury apartment project on Parliament Road.

Situated less than two km from Colombo 7, the apartment complex overlooks the Colombo Golf Course banked by the National Bird Sanctuary.

Developed by Atlantis – a subsidiary of the ANPG Group – the 22 storey apartment tower at Parliament Road will redefine the Rajagiriya skyline and will be constructed by Sri Lanka’s premier construction company

110 Parliament Road covers an area of 6,000 sq mts and includes two exclusive Club Levels that will offer residents fitness, recreational and social amenities. The Club Levels span across two floors and the terrace with facilities such as a gymnasium, swimming pool, spa, retro-lounge, crèche, entertainment centre, squash court and tennis court.

Each apartment complex is equipped with top of the line modern amenities; including a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, tiled or granite flooring, electrical fittings, air-conditioners and much more.

The apartments are constructed with a lot of attention to detail, comfort and a singular approach to modern design. The apartment’s high-end finishes are only found in luxury condominiums.  “This is a spectacular project that re-envisions apartment living for the 21st century and serves as a model for balanced residential communities in Colombo,” said Rohan Parikh, Director of the ANPG Group.

110 Parliament Road is a wonderful addition to one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods at the convergence between the vibrancy of Rajagiriya and the tranquillity of the Bird Reservation and the Colombo Golf Course. The area has undergone a remarkable transformation in recent years and this project will be a landmark in the area.

The ANPG group is a 60 year old diversified group with a large range of operations in India. It has a history in Sri Lanka having executed projects since the 1980s. Some of the significant achievements in Sri Lanka include logistical support for the transportation of engines for the Sapugaskanda Power Project, completion of transport for the Kelanitissa Power Project by developing a specialised ramp to bypass weak bridges en route, Horana Power Project for ACE Power and the Embilipitiya Power Project.

110 Parliament Road’s apartments range from two to four bed room units, with penthouse apartments available on invitation. The statuesque towers offer exceptional apartment layouts with multiple corner views. Units range from 1170 to 2350 sq feet.

Limited apartments are available in the ‘Investment Phase’ of the project which closes in January 2012. In this phase, 25 limited apartments are available starting at Rs 19.3 million. This price is expected to increase by 35% in the main phase.

The building will be completed in 2014. For more information about 110 Parliament Road, call 0777 70 80 90 or visit www.110parliamentroad.com.
