‘Glorious Residencies’ officially launched

The latest project of A&D Property Developers Ltd., Glorious Residencies, the super luxury housing and trade complex, was officially launched on 8 January amid a distinguished large gathering of top businessman, buyers, media and other invitees at Colombo Galadari Hotel.

The handing over of deeds and ownership document to buyers who had already reserved houses from the super luxury housing and trade complex took place at the event. Also the signing and exchange of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between ICC Construction Company, the official builders of ‘Glorious Residencies’ and of A&D Property Developers Ltd. took place the launch.

The participants and media was briefed about the price range and facilities offered at Glorious Residencies at the event with the official website of housing complex www.gloriousresidencies.com launched amid festivities.

The 12-storeyed housing complex will be constructed at No. 167, Udugahawalauwa Watta, Bandaranayake Mawatha Colombo 12. Udugahawalauwa is situated in close proximity to Armour Street and has a proud history to its name. To cater to the desires and choice of the consumer Glorious Residencies will consist of 88 different styled houses ranging from sizes 872 sqft to 2135 sqft and the prices will range from Rs 16.25 million to Rs 50 million.
