The Hemas Vesak Lantern which is now a landmark at Braybrooke Place in Colombo since 1998 was ceremonially inaugurated by the Ven. Galaboda Gnanissara Thera, Chief Incumbent of the Hunupitiya Gangarama temple on 5 May 2014. This Vesak Lantern will be on display till 20 May at Hemas House, 75, Braybrooke place, Colombo 2
