Hirdaramani Mihila Factory wins Gold at National Green Awards

The Hirdaramani Group’s Mihila Factory in Agalawatta won a Gold Award in the Apparel category at the National Green Awards for the year 2013/2014. President Mahinda Rajapaksa presided as Chief Guest of the event, which was held for the third consecutive year. The prestigious award, one of only 12 Gold Awards awarded, adds to a list of many key sustainability milestones achieved by the factory in line with the Group’s commitment to a greener, sustainable industry.
