Holcim Lanka recently held their annual Distributor awards, recognizing their top channel partners on merit basis for their commitment and performance at Citrus Waskaduwa on 28 August.
A total of 82 distributors and their families attended the grand event. The theme of the night was Holcim “Paramparawa” celebrating 
generations of exclusive distributors for Holcim cement. Awards were given out in regional and national award categories, with the latter being subdivided into small, medium and large categories.
The highlight of the night was the award for “Distributor of the year” which went to Chandrajith Mudannayaka of Sanasuma Hardware, Gampaha.
The award-winners were evaluated based on their sales performance, market competitiveness and overall business capabilities.
The celebratory and entertainingDistributor Awards night is just one of many different ways that Holcim Lanka demonstrates its appreciation to its distributors for their valuable contribution towards the company. Recently, Holcim Lanka also treated some of its most loyal distributors to an overseas trip to Prague.
Holcim (Lanka) Ltd. acknowledges the vital role of their distributor networks rewarding them through these awards, looking towards a sustained relationship for years to come.
Holcim Lanka’s distributor channel is spread across all corners of the country. Its strong distributor network caters to more than 6,500 dealers island-wide, with many of its distributors maintaining a relationship of more than 25 years with the company.
