The Green Valley Apartment Complex will be built according to township concept. The apartment complex comprises of two types of apartments targeted at different market segments. 80% of the apartments (288 in total) will be two bedroom apartment units with a square area of 688 square feet which will be priced between Rs. 4.5 million to Rs. 5 million. The balance 20% of the apartments will be three bedroom units of 1056 square feet each priced at Rs. 7.5 to Rs. 7.9 million.
