JKOA installs SL’s first-ever Samsung outdoor screen

John Keells Office Automation Ltd (JKOA), a fully owned subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC, has introduced Sri Lanka’s first-ever outdoor screen by Samsung. This was installed outside the Rocell Ceramics showroom on Duplication Road recently.



The two 46 inch-sized screens installed are water, dust and weather proof, capable of withstanding high temperatures and direct sunlight and comprise of brightness up to 1500 units.

They are equipped with inbuilt PCs that would help to upload, schedule and manage programs from any remote location and can be controlled via a network.

The screen has the capacity to function daily throughout the day.

JKOA Chief Executive Officer Janoda Thoradeniya said, “We are proud to launch Sri Lanka’s first-ever outdoor screen, which takes the digital signage to a next level, with high quality images, exceptional performance and many other features delivered by this product. JKOA is dedicated in introducing the newest technology and continues to pay close attention to consumer demands, offering the best in the industry.”
