Platinum1 to bring five star standards to apartment complex

Platinum Realty Investments (PRI), a BOI-registered Sri Lankan company, has announced its latest real estate venture, Platinum1. In a statement PRI said it is a company with more than $ 30 million of capital investment from Sri Lankan investors and Foreign Direct Investments from Paharpur Mauritius Ltd., a fully-owned subsidiary of the Paharpur Cooling Towers and Pragnya Fund, a Mauritius-based equity fund. It said setting yet another precedent in the field of property development, Platinum1 will be tying up with one of Colombo’s most prestigious five star hotels who will be the service provider and management company for their apartment complex.
