Empire Residencies, the premier residential development in the heart of Colombo appointed Realty Management Services Ltd. (RMS) as their managing agent. Comprising over 100 condominiums and a select number of penthouses, the 39 level twin towers which are in full occupation are a development of CT Properties PLC.
RMS is the largest integrated facilities management provider in Sri Lanka, managing over 2 million sq. ft. of premier space valued at over USD 200 Million.
