Samsung launches Customer Service Centre in partnership with Singhagiri

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., a global leader in digital convergence technologies, announced the setting up of one more Customer Service Centre (CSC) in collaboration with Singhagiri Ltd.
Inaugurated on 10 January 2014, the Customer Service Centre will be located in the main Samsung showroom on Darley Road and will enhance the convenience of customers while adding greater value to their shopping experience with Samsung. Samsung is recognised as one of the world’s most popular consumer brands in the world.
With their key characteristics and innovative technology, the demand for Samsung products is growing in Sri Lanka. Present at the occasion were Samsung India Electronics Limited Managing Director H.K. Chang, Singhagiri Limited Managing Director Mano Marasinghe, Singhagiri Limited Managing Director Anusha Marasinghe and Samsung India Electronics Limited Service Manager Chaminda Sulochana.

The centre will address all the repairs under the Samsung Brand warranty by leveraging on latest technology and highly skilled technicians at the centre. Meanwhile, the Customer Contact Centre (CCC) will provide the required back-end support with timely follow-ups touphold service level agreements.
