One of the largest architectural designing and engineering companies in the global arena, P&T Group is set to enter the Sri Lankan market. This comes as a result of a strategic alliance forged with the local real estate developer Blue Mountain Group. The alliance will aim at launching their first state-of-the-art ultra-luxury vertical living project in a prime location in the second quarter of this year.
The alliance is seen as response to the ongoing current infrastructure and economic development in the country. These alliances formed with global leaders will bring much-needed expertise to the local industry.
P&T Group is one of the largest architectural and engineering practices in the Asia Pacific Region. The global real estate giant counts 145 years of unparalleled design experience in the world’s emerging and developed countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, UAE, Vietnam and other countries. The company offers full architectural services, civil and structural engineering services, mechanical and electrical engineering services and master planning services throughout the whole of Asia and the Middle East.
It is learnt that the first project of this partnership is set to be an ‘ultra-luxury’ vertical living creation with comforts and conveniences never seen in the local market, but are more in line with high-end condominium projects in the world’s top cities. Such projects will invariably attract foreign investors bringing in much-needed hard currency to Sri Lanka. This partnership gives Blue Mountain Group a strong strategic resource in terms of expertise and design capability that will also influence the local industry in stepping up to the next level.
