Make it a Valentine’s Day to remember or another great date night, as you join us for an unforgettable celebration at The Bayleaf.
The Bayleaf believes in creating lasting impressions on this special day and with this in mind is offering a unique Italian Valentines menu and the perfect ambiance at the Grand colonial mansion for the Valentine’s celebration.
Menu di San Valentino offers zuppa di consomme (double flavoured chicken consommé with a poached quail egg and croutons) as the starter , a delightful salad with insalata con funghie e petto di pollo affumicato ( mixed greens with smoked chicken breast, mushrooms, black olives and grape fruit).
The main course offers a choice of seafood, meat or vegetarian dishes, with pasta di San Valentino-(homemade heart shaped beetroot pasta stuffed with pumpkin, spinach and ricotta cheese, served with curry flavoured mustard cream sauce) or filetto di salmone con panzanella (seared Atlantic salmon fillet served on a bed of Sicilian vegetables, crouton and king prawns, served with saffron cream sauce and basil pesto) or agnelo con salsa rosse (herb crusted baby lamb chop served with vegetable risotto and reduction of red wine).
The heavenly dessert to end this romantic dinner is strawberry pavlova (mini heart shaped pavlovas filled with cream and fresh strawberries with mixed berry comfort). Each guest will enjoy a complimentary beverage and a Valentine’s giveaway.
