Suncity completes state-of-the-art office complex in Bambalapitiya

One of the pioneers in construction and real-estate in Sri Lanka, Suncity Property Developers Ltd completed the construction on their latest project, an office complex within the Colombo city limits. This is Suncity’s most recent initiative complementing an existing portfolio of apartment complexes. Located at No 9A R.A. De Mel Mawatha, the building was designed by Bandusena Associates. Approximately 8,000 sq. ft in size, the building is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities and technology, enabling companies to simply plug in and commence operations. “As a company, we have always focused on providing value for money to our clients, delivering quality apartments at affordable prices to our clients. This time we are offering office space with convenience, ease and state of the art facilities, said Suncity Managing Director Pinsiri Fernando. “This is a prime location and the new building has every modern requirement for an office making it the ideal location for any business looking to expand their presence in Colombo.” In addition to the completion of the state-of-the-art office complex in Bambalapitya, Suncity Property Developers Ltd is currently in the process of issuing deeds to the owners of the five-storied apartment complex located on Bodhiya Road in Battaramulla. The master bedroom of each apartment is equipped with air conditioning and hot water facilities, while the common facilities in this apartment complex include a swimming pool, a gym, a roof top garden, 24hours security etc. Fernando further stated, “In addition, we have commenced the construction of the first phase of the ‘Classic Towers’ in Panadura. We hope to finish 15 apartments by November.” This marks the first of the company’s office complex projects within the Colombo city limits. Suncity’s other notable buildings includes Rosmead Towers, Horton Towers, Mc Cathy Towers, Horton Regency, Suncity Twin Towers (Colombo 3) and Melbourne Towers. Rosmead Towers is one of Sri Lanka’s first luxury apartment complexes.
