This year Triumph rewarded the dealers who achieved their targets within the given time period with a 22 carat gold anklet. This promotion was carried out for two consecutive years and Triumph intends to continue this endeavour, which in turn will increase the sales and profits of the company as a whole.
Every six months the sales targets are set and, a point system is in place to appraise the achievements of the dealers. 100 points equal Rs. 1,000 and when a dealer earns 100 points he/she is entitled to the six months dealer promotion to commend the contribution of the respective dealers. The main objective of this promotion is to encourage all dealers to increase their performance in terms of sales and to retain the current dealers as well as to attract new ones.
Among the winners who received the 22 carat gold anklet were Deepa Nagthall, Priyanka Ukwatta, Damayanthi Wanniarachi, Vajira Malkanthi Samithasiri, Chamila Wijeweera, Subashini Hapuarachchi, Abdulla Whaeed, Ranjitha Thamilselvan, Salina Padmini Perera, Thanuja Aluthwatte, Ranga Gayan Gunathilaka, Sandya Samarasakara, D.L. Susiri Pieris, Himashi Indika Baduge, Rathika Paranahewa, Himaddrini Abayanayake, Noma Ukwatha, Suranganie Ptrishiya Perera, Shanthi Logeshwara, Krishanthi Roshini Perera, Iroshini Agalawatte, Dr. P. Radasuriya and R.A.G. Ilangaratne.
