Union Assurance relocates Ambalangoda Regional Office to serve customers better

Union Assurance (UA) relocated its Ambalangoda Regional Office recently to better provide services to residents in the area.
The branch is will support the company’s pace to reach its goal of having 200 fully operational branches all by 2014. The relocated Regional Branch is situated at No. 20/3, 5th Cross Street, Ambalangoda
UA’s Ambalangoda branch is conveniently situated with ample parking space, open 8:30am – 5pm. Service areas for Life and General insurance customers, a training centre for staff, and many other customer facilities are available at all times.
UA’s branch offices offer a wide array of Life and business insurance solutions, including policy and motor card issuance and administration for individuals as well as businesses. Branches are also fully IT enabled while Personal Financial Advisors (PFA) are equipped with laptops and tabs to service all UA customers quickly and easily even while in the field.

UA sustained its growth momentum in both turnover and profits during the first half of 2013 and reported a growth rate of 10% in combined GWP and 21% growth in profit after tax compared to the same period of the previous year.
