Amana Bank has partnered with Prime Group to offer an affordable and people friendly financing solution for customers to make their next big purchase through the vast property portfolio of the Prime Group.
A Memorandum of Understanding was recently signed with Prime Group, marking a significant step in offering customers a hassle-free and seamless experience in making luxurious living more accessible and affordable.
As a result of this partnership, all completed apartments and properties of the Prime Group are pre-approved for financing from Amana Bank. Only the customer’s credit approval will be required to obtain the financing facility, which is approved by the bank to be processed within three days. The bank also offers customised repayment plans to suit various income capacities. Testifying to its people-friendly approach, Amana Bank home financing offers customers the option to settle the facility in advance with no additional charges.
