CBH Lands, (CBH), a real estate company established in 2015 is focusing its real estate drive with the newly constructed Central Expressway extending up to Kurunegala.
This new road network has ushered in a revolutionary transformation in economic, education, social, housing and tourism sectors. Further the new road network has consolidated Kurunegala as a hub for prosperity and the residents of Kurunegala district will benefit immensely.

He further noted that “the Land selection process is very rigorous and approvals have to be obtained from 12 Government bodies. The property is developed according to the guidelines issued by Primary Government Institutions such as Urban Development Authority, Provincial council and local authorities”.
