CIOB as strategic partner for Maldives Living Expo 2023, Construction Industry Forum 2023

The Ceylon Institute of Builders (CIOB) has got onboard as a strategic partner in promoting the Maldives Living Expo and Construction Industry Forum 2023 in Sri Lanka. 

The Maldives Living Expo is the 11th edition and will be taking place in Hulhumale, Maldives from 10 to 12 August followed by the Construction Industry Forum on 12 August.

CIOB is working on a roadmap to strengthen bilateral commercial relationships with foreign businesses and is interested in building stronger relationships with major players in the construction, building, engineering and machinery industries in order to increase market penetration, strengthen brand building to help its members reach their target audiences and connect with more buyers, visitors and industry professionals.

Maldives Living Expo has been successfully held since 2013 and celebrates its 10 year while expanding the event with major regional condominiums living and lifestyle, services and businesses. With the increase of travel and living abroad, Maldivians have chosen South Asia and South East destinations as their second home. While many who can afford have settled in private residences; we see a huge demand in real estate, luxury, independent living lifestyle. 2023 edition of Maldives Living Expo will show different options from utmost luxury to affordable home and living lifestyle available in the heart of smart city with the supporting and facilitating partners of Maldives in one platform.

The Construction Industry Forum is an ideal platform for one of the largest industries to exchange perspectives and foster ideas to engage much needed dialogues about important and diverse topics. The construction industry forum allows to raise awareness on crucial ideas directly with industry participants and key stakeholders.
