Home Lands Skyline, the residential development arm of Home Lands Group has invested Rs. 364 million in an upmarket property of 6.5 acres in Malabe – Chandrika Kumaratunga Mawatha.
Malabe is an unmatched suburb of the commercial capital and is belonged to the eastward region of Colombo District, which is at present demonstrating a highest property appreciation rate in the country.
In view of catering to the booming demand for upper and middle-scale housing in Colombo’s peripheries, Home Lands Skyline expects to deploy the newly arrived property for a fresh residential venture consisting of 336 luxury and semi-luxury residential parcels.
The city of Malabe has become one of the most preferred residential locations among Lankan home seekers, due to a number of greater privileges offered by the area.
Closeness to the commercial capital, walking distance to the Malabe-Fort Light Rail (LRT) Depot (proposed), quicker entry to the Outer Circular Expressway and Southern Expressway, easy access to the Port Access Elevated Highway expected to network Colombo Port City with the outlying vicinities of the Western Province and technological, healthcare and educational institutions centralised in the area which includes MillenniumIT, Neville Fernando Teaching Hospital, CINEC Campus, SAITM, SLIIT and Horizon College International – to name a few benefits are brought about by the selected site of the proposed project in Malabe.
