Home Lands Skyline breaks ground for Phase II of Canterbury Golf Resort Apartments

Home Lands Skyline Ltd. broke ground on Canterbury Lexus Golf Resort Apartments – Phase II of the renowned Canterbury Golf Resort Apartments and Villas in Piliyandala – Kahathuduwa adding 240 super luxury apartments and 160 luxury villas – making it Sri Lanka's largest residential development project, with 1,200 residential apartments spread across 55 acres.

The groundbreaking of this apartment complex signified a momentous milestone in the project's development and the defining moment in apartment living and is certain to provide residents with Sri Lanka's most luxurious living experience. The ceremony was attended by Home Lands Group of Companies Chairman and Managing Director Nalin Herath, Home Lands Group of Companies Director Harshani Herath, consultants, and other senior members of the management.

Canterbury Golf Resort Apartments and Villas which launched in December 2020, has become an increasingly sought-after location to live and invest. 98% of the Phase I apartments are sold out, and investors in Phase I apartments and residences have seen an increasing Return on Investment (ROI) of more than 30-50% within the past 18 months.

The project is part of Phase II of the project, consisting of 240 super luxury apartments with improved features, facilities, and a higher quality of life.
