Home Lands Skyline has expressed its confidence over successful construction progress of Ariyana Resort Apartment Complex, Athurugiriya, the first-ever resort apartment complex in the island.
The company commenced development of the apartment project in May/2018, with a pre-projected timeline for completion by end of first quarter of 2020.
Home Lands Group Chairman/Managing Director Nalin Herath said three months ahead of schedule progress has been achieved so far since the initiation of construction. “By completing 75% of structural work of all the apartment blocks within 10 months, the company is much assured that the project could be completed by end of this year,” he further stated.
Ariyana is an ideal fusion of environmental, social and economic elements, intended to deliver a pertinent residence for the modern home seeker.
The zero-congested physical arrangement of ARIYANA Resort Apartment Complex is spreading over 11 Acres, with eight low-rise apartment blocks climbing up to five levels and comprising 344 units of two, three and four bedroomed apartments.
Home Lands Skyline has proactively contributed to preserve the natural environment by setting aside an expansive recreational area spanning over 80% of the entire project extent which accommodates paddy fields, water features, open-to-sky areas and walking paths running through natural foliage.
The project is positioned in Athurugiriya, with easy reach to commercial, occupational and educational epicentres, while the array of 50+ facilities available within the project boundaries eases out day-to-day concerns of its residents, helping them well-manage their lives among their own priorities.
