Home Lands Skyline Ltd commissioned “Luxe Highway Residencies in Kottawa” and “Green Valley Apartments in Athurugiriya” earlier this month. Establishing a fresh benchmark in the Sri Lankan condominium sector, the company has unveiled a total number of 476 apartments of the two projects during the week ended 16 August.

Luxe Highway Residencies, the 10-storeyed luxury twin tower apartment complex positioned in the infrastructural hotspot of Kottawa, bordering the Kottawa Interchange of the Southern Expressway and Makumbura Multimodal Transport Hub, can truly be identified as a classic example where a Sri Lankan developer has utilised the futuristic infrastructural landscape of the country to benefit the contemporary property seeker.

Green Valley Apartments is the first residential development project of affordable category, constructed and handed over under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in Sri Lankan condominium sector.

Spanning over an 8 acre land between Athurugiriya and Homagama, the Green Valley Apartment Project contains 352 apartments, distributed among 22 low-rise residential blocks.

Apart from being a trusted condominium and housing developer in Sri Lanka, Home Lands Skyline is also a leading contender of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in the country’s property development sector. Due to the magnitude and unique variety of the residential solutions they create, Home Lands Skyline has become a first-rate choice among the locals and expats eyeing residential property in Sri Lanka.

Home Lands Skyline is the developer behind Sri Lanka’s first resort apartment complex, ARIYANA Resort Apartments Athurugiriya, and is also a winner of The Award for The Best Housing Development (Sri Lanka) awarded by PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, for two consecutive times.
