Reaches record-breaking 500 apartments and houses in 2020

Homelands Skyline, a leading name in the real estate industry in Sri Lanka has broken records and revolutionised the industry by completing 500 sales of apartments and houses in a single year. He further explained that as a result of the loans that Homelands Skyline receives at a lower interest rate as well as the tax and VAT exemptions provided to them on construction material by the Government last year (2019), Homelands Skyline was able to provide the completed apartments to their residents at a competitive and an affordable price when compared to others in the sector.
