Prime Group hands over 36th condominium project: Crystal Blue Waters of Uswetakeiyawa

Leading Sri Lankan property developer Prime Group, is adding to its award-winning and diverse portfolio of apartments with the completion of the Beach Front I: Uswetakeiyawa, a serene luxury condominium located in Uswetakeiyawa, which embodies the perfect weekend gateway looped with ample comfort and relaxation. 

Beach Front 1 is now ready for occupancy and was ceremonially handed over to its residents on the 25 July, with a gala celebration. This is the 36th condominium project that was handed over by the Group, with all the approvals including the Certificate of Conformity.
