Prime Lands Residencies PLC, has awarded the construction contract for its landmark development, “The Colombo Border”, to Sanken Construction Ltd.
Set up in 1984, Sanken is recognised as one of the most respected names in the construction field.
The luxury residential real estate will feature a combination of spacious two and three-bedroom apartments, along with limited four-bedroom duplex penthouses.
