Transco Properties launches first-ever real estate education program in Sri Lanka

Pro Realtors Academy, the first and only Real Estate education program in Sri Lanka, has been officially launched by Transco Properties and is set to reshape the country’s Real Estate industry by creating real estate professionals on par with international standards.

No prior experience is required as the course starts with the fundamentals and gradually moves to advanced topics, making it suitable for beginners, while those experienced in the industry can learn more about complex topics. The course content has been specifically designed to cover all related topics including new business setup and Sri Lankan real estate market, local authority approvals and documentation, marketing and sales, legal background, valuation, property financing and bank loan process, property construction and building guidelines, property sourcing and listing, as well as property tax. It is conducted by highly-educated and well-experienced professionals who are the experts in the relevant subject areas.
