Villa Sielen Diva was one of the three finalists for the category of ‘Leisure & Hospitality Project Award – Built’ in the Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets.
Henry David Thoreau wrote, “If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.”
Villa Sielen Diva was a long-held dream of the Kumar family and we thank our architects Veritas Design Group for understanding our vision and turning our castle in the air into bricks and mortar.
The villa is everything we believe makes an ideal tropical beach villa, one that serves as a haven for relaxation and an escape from hectic lives in busy cities.
It was initially built to be a private vacation home, perfect to its owners who never imagined that it would be a finalist for an architectural award, especially one as prestigious as the Cityscape Awards.
We are truly honoured and consider it a privilege just to be nominated, especially in light of our competition.
