Home Lands Skyline breaks ground for ‘Porshia’ apartment project

Porshia, a masterpiece of architecture, is to look over the Nawala city towering by the beautiful Nawala Wetland Park, inspiring a decent and elegant lifestyle. Managing Director Arjuna Gunatilaka, Architect Ariya Gallage and Home Lands Skyline Cost Consultant Chartered Quantity Surveyor Nishantha Wickremasighe.

At this groundbreaking ceremony, Home Lands Skyline officially awarded the piling phase of Porshia Skyline Residencies to San Piling, one of the subsidiary entities under Sanken Construction Ltd. San Piling is well-known as a leading piling company in Sri Lanka. Having recognised its ability and reputation in delivering high quality work, Home Lands Skyline decided to award the piling part of the project to San Piling.

Opening the door to an elegant, decent lifestyle, this masterpiece of architecture with 11 levels will have 63 two bedroom and three bedroom apartments. The building is scheduled to complete in April 2019. The value of the project is estimated to be Rs. 2 billion.
