Adding yet another feather to its cap, Prime Group has ranked as the top real estate organisation in the prestigious ‘Most Respected Entities in Sri Lanka 2016’ commissioned by the island’s premier business publication Lanka Monthly Digest (LMD) and conducted by Nielsen. This achievement comes on the back of more than two decades of continuous growth, excellence, and recognition.

Founded in 1995 with a staff of four, Prime Group has grown to be Sri Lanka’s market leader in real estate sector, serving every segment of this fast-paced and ever-growing market, keeping with their Vision of ‘Committed to create a better place on earth’. An undeniable dedication to excellence, an undying need to satisfy, and a continued desire for self-improvement have driven Prime Group to achieve or even exceed all goals it has set for itself.

From the time it first makes contact, to the time of handing over a property and well beyond, Prime Group guarantees that a customer’s needs are paramount. Prime Group has the resources and expertise to arrange loans or mortgage facilities, to make sure that all required legal documentation is processed through the right channels, and most importantly, to provide not just a land or house, but a place a customer can call home.

Prime Group takes great importance on employing the services of professionals of the highest order in ensuring a high quality product is delivery to its clients. Accordingly, they are well armed with qualified and experienced engineers, architects, interior designers, real estate specialists, and consultants, all of whom will well ensure that the highest standards of quality are maintained in its services as well as its properties.

Prime Group sets itself apart from the ordinary real estate market by endeavouring to give its customers that little bit extra. This includes a commitment to scouting for optimal locations for properties, using global industrial standards in the construction process, applying ethical sourcing methods for materials, and creating properties that combine practicality of living with aesthetic beauty.

Prime Group Chairman Brahmanage Premalal stated: “We are delighted to be at the top of the rankings in the real estate category in LMD’s Most Respected Entities in Sri Lanka 2016. During our 20-year history, we have strived to provide high quality, innovative, and customer-centric real estate solutions by ensuring on-time delivery every time, thereby exceeding customer expectations. This has helped us earn trust, confidence, and an excellent reputation within our customer base and the industry overall. We believe that it is these qualities that allowed us to be recognised as the most respected real estate company in LMD’s annual rankings. This prestigious accolade stands as a reminder of our position as the leader in Sri Lanka’s real estate industry.”

“While building dream homes for our customers which delivers a satisfying feeling in itself, we get a great sense of pride when highly respected institutions such as LMD recognise our success,” stated Prime Group Deputy Chairperson Sandamini Perera.

She added: “This is a great honour that has been bestowed upon us. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the public, our customers, our business partners, and our staff who always deliver the exceptional levels of service for which we are renowned. Prime Group looks forward to continue leading the real estate industry in Sri Lanka.”

The company attributes its enormous success to the fact that it is a company that delivers on its promise to its clients. This has been a key factor and a priority practice which they adhere to strictly over the years of its operation with absolutely no compromise on quality.

This most recent honour by LMD adds to the already impressive set of awards, accolades, and recognitions Prime Group has garnered over the past two decades, both locally and internationally.
