AMW fuels 4X4 enthusiasts’ ‘Mud Meeting’ and family day-out

Associated Motorways Ltd. in an effort to ensure that its customers are better able to enjoy the full potential of its products and services organised a unique 4x4 family day out on 24 May from 9:30 a.m. onwards at Area 51 in Ja-ela.
The event organised together with the Nissan Patrol Club in Sri Lanka was open to all current Nissan Patrol and Nissan X-Trail customers with a chance to test the extreme features of their vehicles and enjoy a day-out with the extended Nissan family. One of the key highlights of the event was the showcase of the oldest Nissan patrol to the latest addition to the patrol family, the luxury Nissan Patrol Y62.
‘Area 51,’ located about 4km from the Ja-ela town, is the ideal location for customers to try out the competencies of their machines together with other enthusiasts. A specially designed course was prepared to test and experience the off road features and capabilities of the vehicles.
Off road driving experts from the Nissan Patrol Club had several demonstration runs in their extreme machines and were site to offer advanced off road driving tips. Meanwhile, a team of trained technicians and experts from Nissan spare parts were also present to offer tips to enhance customer’s experience with their machines.
The event was a good opportunity for Nissan Patrol and X-Trail customers to bring their families in for a day out with a touch of adventure. Entertainment for the old and young together with an array of food and beverage stalls were also arranged.
