Appeal Court to take up Fonseka’s petition on 10 Nov.

Colombo: The Court of Appeal yesterday decided to take up former Army Commander and Democratic National Alliance (DNA) leader Sarath Fonseka’s petition on Wednesday (10).

The three-judge bench said the petition would be taken up on the 10th. The three judge bench was appointed after the previous two judge bench was divided in their decision.

Fonseka filed a petition in the Appeal Court seeking permission to attend parliamentary sessions.
