The delegation of the Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ) Japan-Sri Lanka Friendship Parliamentarian League led by Hirofumi Hirano, chairman of the Parliamentarian League, member of the House of Representatives and former Chief Cabinet Secretary, will visit Sri Lanka from 18 to 22, December to further strengthen and deepen the existing cordial and friendly relations between Japan and Sri Lanka.
During their stay in Sri Lanka, the delegation will meet high dignitaries in Colombo and visit the Southern, Northern and Eastern Provinces to find the real situation in these areas after the end of the conflict.
