MISC Berhad has recently re-launched its Philippine Feeder Service (PFS), catering to customer's reefer export needs from Davao, Philippines. A total of two 1,100 TEU vessels are deployed in the service.

Apart from calling Davao, the service now also includes Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam in its routing. The new PFS provides the fastest transit for reefers via Davao - Singapore - Ho Chi Minh and connects to other MISC trunk services via Singapore.

Earlier in January 2011, MISC also launched its Gulf Feeder Service (GFS), linking Jebel Ali (UAE) to Shuwaik (Kuwait), Dammam (Saudi Arabia) and Bahrain. The GFS also links up with MISC's long-haul services in Jebel Ali.

MISC also took delivery of 2,000 FEUs of brand new reefer containers. These new reefer containers incorporate the latest design technology. With these enhanced services, MISC will be able to support its customers' growing business needs.
