New CEO at Mobitel

SLT Mobitel is to announce the appointment of Ranjith Rubasinghe as the new Chief Executive Officer. His nomination was approved by SLT Board on Friday. Currently CEO of SLT Human Capital Solutions Ltd., Rubasinghe will replace Kapila

Chandrasena, the current CEO. Rubasinghe holds a wealth of experience in the fields of communication and IT in various national and multinational organisations and has been with Sri Lanka Telecom for 12 years. He is a Chartered Engineer, Representative Fellow of the Council and the Chairman of the Electrical & Electronic Engineering Sectional Committee of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL) with a MBA from the University of Colombo, BSc Engineering in Electrical and Electronics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering. Rubasinghe is also a Certified Member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Personal Management (IPM).
