President Mahinda Rajapaksa yesterday inaugurated the Sangupiddy Bridge connecting Pooneryn with Jaffna constructed at a cost of Rs. 1037 million under the Uthuru Wasanthaya programme.

Ministers Basil Rajapaksa, Douglas Devananda, Governor of the Northern Province Major General G.A. Chandrasiri, Army Commander Lt. Gen.
