China provides another batch of PPEs to Sri Lanka Customs

Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka Qi Zhenhong met Sri Lanka Customs Director General Major General (Retd.) G. Vijitha Ravipriya, on 15 March. On behalf of the Chinese people, Ambassador Qi handed over another batch of PPEs including 585 sets of protective clothing and shoes covers (13 boxes), 50,000 disposable face masks (25 boxes), 9,600 KN95 face masks (10 boxes), 240 goggles (not disposable, two boxes), 1,500 pairs of disposable gloves (three boxes), and 10 SterilAmps to Sri Lanka Customs to support the frontline customs officers fighting against COVID-19.
