ILM Shipping moves crew change operations to Colombo

ILM Shipping Services Ltd., a subsidiary of International Logistics & Movers Ltd., has resumed its crew change operations in the Port of Colombo, in compliance with the strict COVID-19 health guidelines laid down by the Government of Sri Lanka.  

After the Bandaranaike International Airport was closed due to COVID-19, ILM Shipping performed crew changes for their principal companies using the Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport.

ILM Shipping Services Operations Director Tressel Silva stated that the superlative COVID-19 management introduced by the Government has given an immense opportunity to the world’s leading ship-management companies to resume their crew transfer operations in Sri Lanka.
