China Merchant, Guangzhou Port and Maersk sign MoU of Nansha Phase III

China Merchants Group, Guangzhou Port Group, and Maersk Group recently held a MoU signing ceremony in Guangzhou.

The three parties will jointly invest in operations in Guangzhou Port Nansha III container terminal.

China Merchants Group President Li Jianhong, Vice President Su Xingang, Mayor of Guangzhou Wan Qingliang, a member of Guangzhou Municipal Committee and Deputy Mayor Wu Yimin, Vice Mayor of Guangzhou Ganxin and other officials attended the ceremony.

CMG President Li Jianhong, Chairman of Guangzhou Port Group Chen Hongxian and President of Maersk Group’s Asia Pacific Martin Gaard Christiansen gave speeches at the ceremony. Dr. Hu Jianhua, Managing Director of CMHI, signed the MoU on behalf of CMG.
