Eagle Logistics holds staff awards 2016

Supply chain logistics company Eagle Logistics Colombo had their annual staff awards night at Hotel Mirage recently. This is an annual event of the company in which all the staff look forward to see their level of standing within the rest of the staff. The company presents awards to seven main business categories and also for sports, office dress, health and a special CEO’s award for the person who, ‘think different’ which is the theme of the company. 

Malsi Navodya and Mahesh Mendis became best customer service person and Prabuddha Ranaweera became the best sales person of the year. Yasiru Sandaruwan is the person of the year operations and Ishanka Harshana, the person of the year finance while Ayesha Wijerathna was awarded as the person of the year other services. The company also presented certificates and meddles for the staff who completed five years in the company. 

Addressing the gathering Managing Director of the company Asanga Weerackody said that the company always gives priority to training since its inception in 2005 and as at today it has created many people to the industry and this policy will continue forever. Further he said the staff is also well experienced in training which will further strengthen the company’s growth. 

Eagle Logistics Colombo has over 130 staff with nine branch offices including Maldives.
