Eagle Logistics moves Katunayake office to new location

Global import logistics provider Eagle Logistics moved its Katunayake office to a brand new facility at 210 Liyanagemulla Seeduwa on 15 February.

Eagle Logistics started its Katunayake operation two years ago to service customers in this area with a small office.

Eagle Logistics Colombo Managing Director Asanga Weerackody said: “This improvement of the office shows that operating near customers will always give you the opportunity to improve the business, especially in our industry.”

He added that Katunayake was the first branch office and that experience helped start up the second branch office in Biyagama in 2011. “Our newest branch will be in Ratmalana this year, which we are in the process of setting up. We are also creating job opportunities in those areas especially for young individuals.”

Eagle Logistics Colombo is one of the leading import logistics companies in Sri Lanka providing different type of logistics solutions to its customers. Third party logistics is one of the recent products  it has developed where Eagle Logistics staff sit at the customer’s premises handling total logistics, including PO management, banking, etc.
