Hanjin Shipping improves reliability

Hanjin Shipping has been committed to provide you with competitive services in the challenging global economic and market conditions of 2011.

According to ‘Schedule Reliability Insight 4Q11’ issued by Drewry Maritime Research, average reliability of Hanjin Shipping in all trades ranked fifth among the top 20 carriers in the third quarter.

In terms of quarterly improvement ratio, Hanjin Shipping was able to rank second among the top 20 carriers at an improvement ratio of 20.2%.

In the Asia/Europe trade, while average reliability increased by four percentage points, Hanjin rose by seven percentage points. In the transatlantic trade, our reliability was up by 15 percentage points to 92.3% which is higher than average of 10 percentage points, proving that we are continuing to make service improvements.

Especially, Hanjin’s main operating lanes, NE6 (Asia/N.Europe Service) and MD3 (Asia/Mediterranean Service) showed good performances with reliability of 100% and 92% respectively, confirming best services in the Asia/N.Europe and Asia/Mediterranean trade.
