Hapag-Lloyd effects rate hike

Hapag-Lloyd will increase rates effective 3 September in the trade from India (zone one) and Pakistan to North Europe and the Mediterranean by USD 200 per TEU.

Applicable for all shipments from India (zone one) and Pakistan to all North Europe and Mediterranean (excluding South and West Africa) destinations.

India Subcontinent zone one comprises the West Coast ports of India (Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Delhi), all inland container depot (ICD) locations moving via the ports of Nhava Sheva and Mundra and Pakistan.

North Europe comprises North West Continent, the UK, Scandinavia, Baltic and European ports of Russia.

Mediterranean comprises the West Mediterranean, East Mediterranean, Black Sea and North Africa.
