Transworld Group makes strong inroads into dry bulk carriers

The parent company of Feeder Operator Orient Express Lines, the Transworld Group of Companies (TWGC), has been making strong inroads into the bulk carrier business under a separate vertical called Transworld Bulk Carriers Ltd. (TBC).
The company recently took over two of their bulk carriers the M.V. TBC Princess and the M.V. TBC Prestige on 14 November 2013 and 14 January 2014 respectively. Both ships were built at the Guangzhou Wenchong yard in China.
This series of new build ships marks the group’s ambitious plans to further expand in the dry bulk sector with clear intentions to build more ships in the supermax sector in the coming years.
Transworld Bulk Carriers (TBC) the dry bulk shipping arm of the Transworld Group was launched to provide reliable and high quality comprehensive dry bulk shipping services to the customers worldwide.
TBC is keen to build strategic and long term rewarding relationships with customers desirous of availing dry bulk shipping solutions by providing first class quality service with the highest standards of reliable sea transportation customised solutions.
To this end TBC seeks to build on existing long term relationships with strategic partners and extend presence in the Arabian Gulf, Indian Sub Continent and South East Asia region and also to attract new customers with growing requirements in dry bulk shipping.
