ZIM hikes rates for Asia-Europe service

ZIM announced a General Rate Increase (GRI) of USD 250 per TEU will be implemented as of 1 April 2011.

The GRI applies to westbound cargo from Asia and Indian sub-continent to Mediterranean, Israel, Black Sea and North Europe destinations.

“This update is necessary in order to maintain our current levels of service and high reliability,” ZIM said.
