The Jaffna story

Steeped in culture, with a civilisation dating back more than 2,000 years, the Jaffna Peninsula is dotted with a myriad of kovils, churches, temples and mosques, beautiful beaches, and an abundance of rich agricultural land.

Eager to experience and get a better understanding of the region, we embarked on a short trip to the Peninsula, to see the development taking place, potential for investment, and more importantly, to try and assess the social impact of a conflict that has been a large part of life in the region.
