The third and final day of the Rotary South Asia Conference on Development and Co-operation unfolded yesterday, featuring the final plenary session of the forum and ended with the release of the Colombo Declaration, a document that listed out the ideas and plans fleshed out in the individual breakout sessions held throughout the conference and were concretised in action plans given in the document.
