Ugandan President visits Hayleys Agri Processing Plant in Biyagama

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni of the Republic of Uganda visited the Hayleys Agri Processing Plant in the Biyagama IPZ yesterday.

The Hayleys agri processing plant spearheads the country’s value-added agriculture, accounting for 42% of fruit and vegetable exports from Sri Lanka.

The visit provided the opportunity for Museveni to gain first-hand knowledge of a successful, global agri supply chain.
