Moreover, the company has invested in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for CFS operations, in consultation with Deloitte of Singapore and Malaysia, automating all its inward and outward documentation processes, including customer and government/third-party system updating and reporting functions, thereby improving efficiency and accuracy across CFS operations.
Additionally, Aitken Spence Logistics has expanded its Inland Container Terminal operations by developing a 5-acre container yard at Welisara, effectively adding an extra container storage capacity of 2,500 TEUS. It is also expected to add a further capacity of 4 acres to the latest container depot in the near future.
