Great Place to Work recognised the 15 Best Workplaces for Women in Sri Lanka 2024 for the sixth consecutive year on 30 October 2024 at Cinnamon Grand Colombo. The event, themed ‘RADIANCE – Inner Wellness | Outer Brilliance | Balanced Future,’ brought together the management teams of award-winning organisations, corporate leaders, industry experts, and advocates.

The event commenced with a welcoming address by Great Place to Work Sri Lanka CEO Kshanika Ratnayaka, who underscored the significance of fostering compassionate and empowering workplace cultures. 

The keynote address by Shanuki De Alwis, a renowned social activist and development communications specialist, delved into the vital link between mental health and workplace success. She shared insightful, practical strategies for managing stress, building resilience, and cultivating a healthy workplace environment.

The event continued with an engaging panel discussion moderated by Shanuki De Alwis, featuring distinguished leaders such as AIA Insurance Lanka CEO Chathuri Munaweera, Open University Head of Psychology and Counselling Dr. Ransirini De Silva, Roar Global Chief Commercial Officer Prash Balakrishnan, and Nagarro Global Managing Director Dr. Sankalpa Gamwarige. Together, they explored emerging trends in workplace wellness, mental health initiatives, and strategies to foster employee engagement.
